Paul Cormier: Senior Marketing Strategist, Creative Director & Writer

Paul brings over 23 years of experience to the table in creative direction, strategic planning, interactive design and marketing innovation. He has worked closely with senior decision makers across a broad spectrum of Canadian and US organizations in both the public and private sectors. Creative innovation, excellent writing skills and a results driven approach has allowed Paul to work on a broad cross section of traditional and new projects.

Paul has been creative director, writer and producer for a variety of marketing projects, including: trade show displays, videos, conferences, CD's/DVD's, web sites, direct mail, print ads, posters, media kits E-learning, kiosks, live events, extranets and intranets.

Paul is also committed to public service and giving back to the community. He is currently acting Chairman of the Board for the Regional Habitat for Humanity Huronia. He is working with key stakeholders and dedicated Board of Directors to implement a new strategic plan that will help synchronize regional home building goals with the national High Capacity Build strategy, resulting in the building of more homes for disadvantaged families.


Doug Knipe: VP Senior Business & Operations, Project Management

Doug has over twenty-four years' experience in the business-to-business and retail environment as a senior project and business operations, manager, communicator and trainer. His broad operations experience result in fully integrated solutions that focus on the management of the entire life-cycle of each project from initial conception to implementation. Doug's expertise includes effective handling of client and vendor communications, needs analysis, business case development, technical requirements, business process architecture, testing and training in new media development/applications and strategic planning.

His many accomplishments include: implementing web portals, online administrative systems integration, E-Commerce, Wide Area Networks, multimedia catalogue kiosks, Point-of-Sale equipment deployments and self-service order terminals.

Doug is an active user and proponent of social meeting including his personal blog which the CBC called -

Brent Hilderman: Senior Business Development & Marketing Strategist

Brent has 25 plus years of experience in strategic marketing planning/development, client services and creative management. He has an extensive working knowledge of the business cultures and practices of Canadian and US corporations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and associations. His expertise in identifying strategic opportunities for the utilization of web based solution realizing the effective deployment of information and organizational marketing efficiencies.

His skill sets are further enhanced by a complete understanding of the creative project process including new media, project /print management.

Brent continues to develop new business for ycommunicate.com inc. focusing on strategic planning and consulting for private and public organizations across Canada implementing service verticals such as; e-Learning, e-marketing, websites development, membership enhancement, conference/seminar support services with video capture for repurposing to online learning programs. He also consults not-for-profit nationally regarding professional development, e-learning, training, co-branding programs corporate sponsorship and revenue recovery initiative.


Linda Johannesson : Online Marketing Strategist

Linda is a strategist, marketer, communicator, brand champion, connector, relationship manager, blogger and social media advocate who believes that technology, innovation, conversation and community are essential components of today's effective marketing and communication solutions.

Her 20+ years of marketing and internal communications experience includes projects that showcase her trademark use of new media and emerging technologies. Her portfolio includes a variety of professional service branding and integrated marketing campaigns, product/service launches, change management communications, website redesign, the creation of blogs, project wikis, online discussion forums and PLNs.

Linda has sat on boards and working committees for the International Association of Business Communicators, the American Marketing Association and for various community, sporting and social clubs, including both the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce and the Canadian Australian (social) Club.
